We recently were notified about a dosage error in the 18th edition EMS Field Guide® ALS Version™. After identifying the error and re-checking the entire printed guide, Informed found one additional error in need of correction. Infomed is asking for a return of all titles, so that they can sticker the erroneous dosage.
