In the 1990s, the Occupational Therapy Department at the Cardinal Hill Health Care System was using the 3rd edition of the Uniform Terminology for Occupational Therapy (UT-III) in all of its documentation and was practicing within its auspices. When the Occupational Therapy Practice Framework: Domain and Process replaced the UT-III in 2002, they began to incorporate the new Framework into practice.
