Abstract:	This DVD contains three sections: The EMS Call, The Well-Being of the EMS Provider, and Lifting and Moving. The first section follows one medical call from dispatch through delivery at the hospital. The second section uses three actual runs, as well as interviews to cover the need for BSI protection, how easily body substance contamination spreads, dealing with potentially violent patients, and the emotional stress faced by EMTs.
